InitialWP LLC provides professional WordPress development, custom website design, SEO optimization, and technical maintenance services. All services are delivered according to the specific package or proposal agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2. Orders & Payments

Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online resellers and payment service providers, including Paddle.com and Stripe.

Merchant of Record: Depending on the payment method chosen, Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for your order, providing customer service and handling returns.

Confirmation: Projects will commence only after payment is confirmed by either Paddle or Stripe.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

Provide accurate project requirements and contact information.

Deliver necessary content, images, and credentials on time.

Review and provide feedback on work within the agreed-upon timeframes.

Delays in providing materials may lead to a shift in the final delivery date.
4. Revisions & Scope

Each service package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the service description.

Any work requested outside the original project scope may incur additional fees.
5. Delivery & Timeline
We strive to meet all estimated delivery dates. However, timelines are estimates and can be affected by the speed of client feedback and the technical complexity of the project.
6. Refund & Cancellation
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as detailed in the Refund Policy page.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design and deliverables. InitialWP LLC retains the right to showcase the completed project in our professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
8. Limitation of Liability
InitialWP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, resulting from the use of our services or issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting providers, or external technical factors.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, payments are disputed without cause, or if the service is used for illegal purposes.
