Refund Policy

InitialWP LLC, we provide customized digital services including website design, WordPress development, SEO, and technical consulting. Due to the digital and bespoke nature of our work, refunds are governed by the following policy.

1. Pre-Project Cancellations

If you request a cancellation before any work has commenced (including onboarding, research, or environment setup), you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 3-5%) charged by our providers.

2. Work in Progress

Once a project has officially started (e.g., after the initial consultation, strategy preparation, or development setup), refunds are generally not provided. However, we value customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the direction of the project in its early stages, please contact us to discuss a partial refund or a credit toward future services, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

After final deliverables have been provided or access to the website/server has been granted.

After SEO or technical analysis reports have been delivered.

If the client fails to provide necessary feedback or materials, causing project delays.

If the client decides to change direction or cancel the project after 50% or more of the work has been completed.

4. Our Commitment to Quality

While we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” after work starts, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our service includes a specific number of revisions (as outlined in your service agreement) to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon specifications.

5. Payment Processing & Disputes

Payments are securely processed through Paddle or Stripe. In the event of a payment error or duplicate charge, we will work with these providers to rectify the issue immediately.

We strongly encourage clients to contact us at contact@initialwpllc.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, please email contact@initialwpllc.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We review all requests within 3-5 business days.
